Purchasing

  • Stock Availability: Items in your cart aren’t confirmed to be in stock until the purchase is concluded. If an item sells out you will be notified via email about the unavailable item.
  • Shipping
    • Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time differs from the shipping time.
    • Tracking Information: After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Delivery takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier/delays
    • Returns

      • Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 12 days from the delivery date of your order.
      • Return Label: You will receive a return label by email. The item must be shipped back within 12 days from the delivery date of your order.
      • Return Options: Once you initiate the return process, you will have three options:
        • Refund: Issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
        • Exchange: Exchange for another item of your choice.
      • Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose between a refund  or exchange. If you’ve chose  to exchange items:
        • Lower Priced Item: If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference within 7-10 business days
        • Higher-Priced Item: If the new item is of higher value, we will send you an invoice to cover the price difference.

          Refunds

          • Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it takes 7-10 business days for the payment to be credited back to the original payment method, depending on the bank.
          • Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.

            Pre-Order Policy

            • Processing Time: If you are purchasing a pre-order item, please allow 7-10 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
            • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method chosen.
